Dr, any updates about the dates and NV people?
Not really. JP basically said "sounds cool let me know when and how many cars...?" LV PCA will put literally anything Porsche related in their newsletter, so that's no problem. It is put together by an older retired couple. As soon as I have dates I'll shout it out. So on that note, I feel like we should just bite the bullet and pick a Sat-Sun weekend at end of any month so that we can hit both shows. You know how I feel but if you feel August would be a better performing month, that's fine, so long as you think you can get people to show up. LV area people will show, so don't worry about that. I will spread the word around these parts and yonder.
Potential dates, Fri-Sun for travel's sake:
July 27-31
August 24-26
Sept: 28-30
Oct: 26-28
My votes in bold.

The September block works for me. In fact, it's the weekend after El Schnellerino's 48th birthday. The pretense of celebrating my birthday will be more than sufficient cause to dust off the old liver and see if it still works.

Torque: How far you will move the wall.

Sweet, glad it was easy. I'll send some emails out to my local groups and report back. I'll also start our first promotional material this weekend. Thanks, guys.

I started a RennRun thread on Rennlist - but I'd like to have the registration page hosted here so we don't have two versions going. Plus, obviously, it may help bring a few more folks into our fold.

Oh no you dinnit...!!
"Hey, folks:
For those of you who were around and haven't smoked that part of your brain, last year was the first annual RennRun of 996 enthusiasts (and anyone else who needs an excuse for The Vegas), a Friday-Sunday meet-up in Vegas for 996 folks (and pretty much anyone else looking for an excuse to hang out with like-minded folks).
The dates for this year's RennRun are September 28 through 30. A flyer, more info, and a first go at an itinerary will be posted up here shortly. I'll post a link to the sign-up thread on 996Outpost shortly.

I see nothing wrong with that, but who am I to say.
This is an event that should be promoted on every forum. Just wish it was closer to us southeastern folks. (sniffle) I hate I'll miss another "orange spare" fiasco!

There's this thing called an "aero-plane" that can help you travel great distances in very little time. It's like a horseless carriage, but faster!

That reminds me. Now that we have dates, Kalashnikov should lock down his rental 911.
B3, you should fly in! There will be plenty of empty passenger seats and I would at least let you drive some miles in my car on the twisty roads if you show up.
