So, back on April 9th, I drove across an intersection where they had scraped off a 2" layer of asphalt before laying new asphalt. Long story short, it bent 3 of the 4 of my new rims. *&^%$#@!!!

It was due for an alignment anyway, so I took it in to the local tire shop. They had the 2 rear rims repaired (said the one bent front rim wasn't very bad) and did road force balancing and an alignment. Total bill $469.08 out the door. I can live with that. The car drives great again.

What's up with the camber on the right rear?

I don't know - I was in a hurry this morning when I picked it up. I assume they couldn't adjust any more. I may swing by and ask when I get a minute. My main concern was the bent rims.

Got 20 liters of Motul today delivered by Amazon. Changed the oil and filter tonight at 64,795 miles. New crush washers. Lubed the wastegate actuators.

Hesitated pulling the drain plug about half a second when draining the dry sump tank and oil flew everywhere. I had my mouth open - the oil had a nice savory taste to it. Yum, yum.

Looking forward to auto cross this weekend.

Swapped the winter wheels/tires onto the car yesterday. It has been a warm fall, but Saturday morning it was 38 degrees on the way to Porsche breakfast. So, yesterday I swapped. Filled the tires to 36 psi front and 40 psi rears.

Also, noticed a whine from the engine bay when turning, and ended up adding about half of a liter of Pentosin to the power steering reservoir. The reservoir capacity is 2.14 liters. Although it's been probably 4 years or more since I've had to add, I must have a small leak somewhere since that's not likely to just evaporate. Hopefully it isn't my clutch slave going bad as the power steering and hydraulic clutch assist are connected.

Yes, check the fluid tank next to the battery. If it overflows with Pentosin it makes a huge mess. I think you'll need to remove the driver's side cover to get to the tank.
