Hey, graphically-inclined folks...we need some help.

Anyone who has graphic design skills and is inclined to lend a hand: the time has come to overhaul the site, including the organization of forums to remove some of the front-page clutter. I'd really like a new header graphic, but the one at the top of the site right now represents the pinnacle of my graphic design skills (read: I suck).
If you've ever looked at that image and thought you could do better after a lobotomy and seventeen Natural Light Ices, I'd like to hear from you! Post up here - or, if you're being especially cruel, shoot a PM - so we can start a conversation about how to move the site theme from the early 90's to the late 90's or early aughts.

I'd love to help, but graphic design skills are limited to making fun of forum posts. hahaha Dr. Stranglelove is more talented at this.
