I ratted them out already...again.
Took 'em out and gave them the Kristi Noem treatment.
Which is, I understand, more effective than the Dick Cheney treatment...

Decoding: LM2040 - Liqui-Moly 20W40? Nope...Liqu-Moly 5W-40 Synthoil Premium (Full Synthetic). LM2040 is this oil in a 1L bottle; LM2041 is the same oil in a 5L bottle. A well-known independent Porsche engine builder who's a member here recommended I use that oil (vs his prior recommendations) in m...

Billy...sometimes life gets in the way of enjoying our cars the way we'd like. Hopefully your medical issues are behind you, so that you can drive your FSI-powered 996 the way Jake intended.

Re: Another Tesla driver idiot...

If you ever get an itch for a "luxury" EV, check "sold" prices on BAT. Those suckers plummet in value big time, almost as bad as a Jag. A 3-4 year old Taycan typically hammers for 30-40% of new. A cheap and cheerful EV, like a Nissan Leaf, *could* be an option as a city car. Heck...

02 sent y'all PMs containing Friday's ETA and contact details.

Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com

On a logical note: I can't believe you don't carry a "starter pack" in the 914. Wait I forgot there isn't enough room for that.😜 There actually is a jump pack on the ground next to the wall. Despite its robust size, it clearly had nowhere near the cranking amps needed to start to mower......

Re: Where did the coolant go?

A couple of thoughts: 1. Take a close look at/around the center radiator (IIRC Tiptronic cars came with them as standard equipment). Unless you've added some, there's effectively zero protection for the center radiator from taking damage from road debris (e.g. gravel) kicked up by other vehicles. I ...
