Re: Cover article from Panorama July 2022

Speaking of dead cats, the breakfast sausage at our Saturday morning Porsche breakfast has been tasting a little...off. Come to think of it, I haven't seen any pigeons around there either.

Re: Anybody know how to remove the overhead console?

Thanks for the Pelican link. I now have the same problem with the wayward switch. My 996 has the full monty leather interior, so I'll be sure to wear white gloves while performing any repair attempt.

Is that the Wal-Mart up by the Legends? You are a brave soul. Don't park there after dark without a sidearm. ;)

Re: What did you do to/with your 996 today?

Walked out to the garage. Adjusted the heater unit to warm the garage a little for a waterless-wash since it's supposed to be nice this weekend. By the time the garage warmed up enough, my enthusiasm had cooled. Turned off the supplemental heat and went back upstairs.

Re: What’s on your Christmas wish list?

I kick myself for not getting another NOCO GB70 while Amazon had them for half price on cybermonday.

Knowing that crowd, there are probably a lot of residential neighbors just south of there that are missing their decorations. The likely staged a drunk scavenger hunt. ;)

The long-shot item on the list is to work out the logistics for a trip to the 24 hrs of Daytona before IMSA folds altogether.

Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com

It does remind one of something that shows up in a Google search of one of Schnelly’s posts.
