Re: Basement!
There's a drain already in that corner of the basement and the water supply is in the closet immediately adjacent.

Re: Basement!
Here's a rough outline of what we have in mind for the rest of the space. Putting bathroom fixtures where they exist results in this bathroom layout which seems super wasteful.

The Taycan receiving lots of (maybe well-deserved) grief for calling it's top of the line models a "Turbo". Other than that, though, there doesn't appear to be a lot to complain about the vehicle. I would love to have one. Now, lemme see what the lease rate is . . . . I got blocke...

Re: Basement!
Here's a map of the whole basement, and a pic with some measurements; looking to finish the 30 x 40 rectangle, closing off the furnace/storage area unfinished. All of the pics in the OP were taken standing in the bottom right hand corner of the 30 x 40 rectangle.

Re: Basement!
I figured out most of it but the layout doesn't make a ton of sense to use in the location where stuff is. Wood hides a pit for a shower or bathtub drain, big is toilet and small is vanity, but if you try to frame that up you are left with weird dead spaces.

Basement!
We have long thought about finishing our basement and are starting to muse about it more seriously. The basement has some rough ins but for the life of me I can't figure out what is what. I've done some research and a lot of people just end up breaking up the slab and rerouting the plumbing but I'd ...

Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com
Is it really worse being the third guy there? Compared to the second. Being first would be weird but obviously superior.
How long do you as the first guy try to hold it?

You guys forgot the guy who was a giant DB to the Cayman owner at the car show or cars and coffee or whatever. I think that thread still exists. Some fine work in that one.
