This is extremely cool. Wish you had this going in Columbus. The price seems right - also you can set up monthly automatic PayPal payments so you don’t have to hassle with collections.
Can’t wait to see when it gets set up!

Well, I have a crew converting all of the 1970 fluorescent lights to LEDs. They finished Level C and are starting on Level D tonight. I ordered 580 LED 8 foot long tube lights, and I highly recommend them. Super easy to convert the old fluorescent fixtures to LED - you basically just bypass the ballast. You use the same tombstones to hold the bulbs.

Here's a picture of Level C with most of the LED bulbs installed:

Here is a "before" pic of Level D with the old lights:

LED's make a huge difference. Always amazes me. Looks like it's cleaning up really well.

Yeah, I think so. Hey, are we confirmed on your end for All German Car Show on October 4th? We will have The Underground open for tours. I hope to take the first cars for storage/display sometime in July.

Looking good! This is going to be a permanent museum space or will it serve as a meet-up space too?

We are still trying to decide if we are going to do a lounge. We were going to have a 4-post lift, but there simply isn't a spot with a high enough ceiling.

Well, we are getting the first paying customers in The Underground on July 27th. We still have a lot of work to do, but things are coming along nicely. My garage got commandeered to be a spray paint booth by the painters that are re-painting our cabinets, so I threw 3 ofthe hooptie fleet in there this morning.
