Sylvania kit is the best, bar none. I had great results with it.OceanBlue2000 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 31, 2020 2:26 pm What’s the best headlight restoration kit? Noticing some haziness building up in a stripe across the top and bottom.

Sounds good! I saw a PCA video that recommended Griots garage, which looked to have a spray sealant to finish.

OB2K,
Just tried the Griot’s kit...hated it. I IR the headlight at 90* F and sprayed it in zero wind. Not happy. I will use the Sylvania kit to fix it. The clearcoat can was dated 2018 and may have been the issue. Griot has yet to respond. Also, the clear can is very small. Some reviews mention lack of product for 2 lights. I concur with that critique.

Here are my results with Sylvania kit on my MDX. This is 14 yo lights refinished for first time. Fog lights were completely unusable due to sand blasting they took.

So you're one of those "Yeah it's hot, but it's a dry heat..." right?
Tell that to a piece of bacon in the skillet because that is what you feel like in Phoenix in the summer walking across a newly blacktopped parking lot at the mall. Ask me how I know...
BTW are you guys going to get hit by the hurricane?
Never gonna make you cry...

Yeah I've been out there in the middle of the summer. Felt like walking into an over when you walked out the door, but then it wasn't bad at all (which is what makes that heat dangerous). As I recall it was over 110 the whole week I was there. Definitely don't want to hang around outside long, but at least you didn't need another shower after stepping outside.32wildbilly wrote: ↑Sat Aug 01, 2020 5:25 pmSo you're one of those "Yeah it's hot, but it's a dry heat..." right?

Last I saw it will be Easy, but we'll get rain from it on Tuesday.

At 80% and you go outside you just took a shower all you need to do is towel off.gnat wrote: ↑Sat Aug 01, 2020 5:41 pm

Yeah, I know. Crazy weather! It was like 75/80 here all day. Almost wanted to put on some long pants. My pepper plants aren't liking it either.
