Want I don't understand is why he can't comprehend the fact that he brought this whole mess on himself. Doesn't really have anything to do with the opinions of those the responded to his post. He brought it to the forum, not anyone else. He forced the poor sucker (C4911) that bought his car to respond. And now it lands itself in court. Wow!

He's not suing anyone. He was probably drunk when he wrote that and convinced himself he was the victim. He doesn't have 2 nickels to rub together, much less to pay for litigation as a plaintiff - he couldn't even pay to defend himself. Ironically, his lack of executable assets is what saved him. He probably went back later when he was sober and wisely decided to delete that post before he got himself into trouble again or somebody exposed him by posting a link to that thread B3 cited. Nothing to see here.
