Will do. This started out more as a proof-of-concept; I wanted to see how they looked before shelling out the $250 American Factory Wheel wants - per wheel - to do it properly. However, I think a second coat of the Rustoleum product will actually be good enough for my needs.

Horsepower: How hard you will hit the wall.
Torque: How far you will move the wall.

If they have it in silver, it might be worth a shot when I get my car back. My wheels have more of a curb ebola than a curb rash.

If you do try it, I offer my one and only wheel-painting “pro tip:” isopropyl alcohol. After you have it all cleaned and prepped, wash everything that will get painted OR MASKED with rubbing alcohol on a microfiber towel. It takes off the leftover tire dressings and other crap that prevents the paint (and tape) from sticking.

After washing with alcohol and drying, I was able to mask the tire directly, which was very handy since overspray is, after all, for wee bitches.

the color looks great on the C4 Schnelly. $250 a wheel!! is that to completely refinish and powder coat? I can get a wheel fixed (cracks and/or rash) here in SC for $75.00, and a full set powder coated for starting at $300

I pulled off my widebody C4S twists and installed the GT3 MK1 wheels that came along with my 99 C2. The twists are SUPER heavy..feels like I've gained 50hp swapping over. I'm playing around with tire sizes too and going a little skinnier on the back changed the whole dynamic of the car, especially in the wet. I can steer with the throttle and swing her around like a real GT3 without needing to be at ludicrous speed.

Having 5x130 adapters on the G35 means the sisters can share shoes

Fixed my reverse lights! Just to document in case anyone is searching, if you have the following:
-- Reverse lights don't go on!
-- Mirror doesn't move down (if you have this set to do this)

when you put your 6 speed in reverse, you might need a new backup light switch.

The switch is located on the passenger side of the transmission, near the linkage. Basically, right where the belly pan starts. Sorry I don't have any pictures, but it's mounted sort of at the top of trans. All you have to do is pry the clip on the plug loose, unplug, unscrew the switch (19 MM), then reverse for install. Easy peasy, now my reverse lights work.

The part is generic, here's the one I bought: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0066 ... UTF8&psc=1

The dashcam is finally wired up and working, and my phone cradle (with Qi charging) keeps the Galaxy Tab charged while streaming Pandora to the JVC head unit, which drives the stock speakers and Porsche DSP. The widget attached to the front trim piece ahead of the shift boot is the gain level control for the subwoofer.

...and before y'all beat me up for having a Fabspeed sticker on my rear-view mirror: The sticker helps me remember that the black car that sometimes appears about 3 inches from MY car - and only in that part of the mirror - at night is just the wing blade reflecting back into the rear-view.
