Just checking in to highlight that your response was fine any chance you get to make me look like a fucking idiot is an opportunity you should seize, although if you seize every opportunity you will spend your entire life doing nothing but that and that sounds like a dreary life.justinp wrote: ↑Mon Apr 01, 2019 5:38 pm I hope my reply didn't come across as snarky, that wasn't the intention. I know about those jump points because I had to use them the day I bought mine on the way home from the dealership. They had only put a splash of gas in the car and the low fuel warning light bulb was burned out so of course it sputtered and died right as I crossed a bridge looking for a gas station. Luckily I had a buddy following me so we got some gas in it, but then it wouldn't start because the battery was toast from sitting on the lot for over a year. Got it home and immediately went and bought a new battery that I religiously keep on a tender if I'm not going to be driving it for more than a day or two.

Drove to the weekly Porsche Club breakfast [49 attending - great turnout] then a club drive out to Lawrence, KS, using the "back roads" The beautiful weather attracted 35 cars for the drive. Awesome.

Took my daughter to a cars and coffee event in Athens this morning. They sent the pic as I was trying to make a clean getaway.

Those are some fine lookin’ rides, but the eye is really drawn to that last red one on the right. The owner must be really important to merit a prime parking spot like that.Einsteiger wrote: ↑Sat Apr 06, 2019 1:04 pm Drove to the weekly Porsche Club breakfast [49 attending - great turnout] then a club drive out to Lawrence, KS, using the "back roads" The beautiful weather attracted 35 cars for the drive. You mean the red one whose driver is so cool he doesn't back his car in like everyone else?FRUNKenstein wrote: ↑Sat Apr 06, 2019 4:17 pmThose are some fine lookin’ rides, but the eye is really drawn to that last red one on the right. I think it's an optical illusion due to him turning (e.g. it's not a true side shot) and all the dark coloring, but now that you point it out it does look weird...
