Right you are. Unfortunately, the island is still pretty beat up. It has long been my favorite Caribbean island, but was the worst of our 4 port calls this trip. The locals must be hurting financially as they were very aggressively selling everything - I don't recall that in the past.

Bermuda - which was fine
San Juan, PR - we stayed basically in old San Juan and our guide showed us a couple of houses with missing roofs, otherwise that part of PR looked fine.
Labadee, Haiti - private peninsula owned by Royal Caribbean. Saw no signs of storm damage there, but obviously can't say as to how the rest of the island looked.
