PPI in Santa Cruz or San Jose CA

A friend of mine is looking at a 944 in Boulder Creek CA and needs a PPI. Probably Santa Cruz or San Jose are the best bets I suspect but your local knowledge appreciated. He wants to know what he's getting with this car (other than regret that it's not a 996). A good referral would be appreciated.
