Because I'm a nerd I did some digging and it looks like BAT is Wordpress and PCAMarket isn't. So I think its a coincidence.

PCA Market seems like a good idea, but it seems to be marketed towards buyers who know the most about these cars. That's not necessarily a good thing, since they know the market best.
