Open links in new tab/window?

One thing I don't like about the default phpBB behavior is that hyperlinks open in the same window. If the site you visit uses HTTP redirects, it makes it nearly impossible to get back using the browser navigation buttons.

I can change this behavior to open links in a new window/tab, but I wanted to run this by everyone first since it's a fairly significant functionality change...

Note to anyone thinking about objecting, that would be considered "being a dick" which is a violation of the one and only rule around here. The ban hammer WILL come out!

Yeah, both that pink box and the not opening in a new window thing were really, really unbelievably freaking annoying. Not nearly as annoying as gnat, but still . . .
