Have you tried it yourself? Getting to the reservoir and drain plug so you can do a proper flush is a bitch! I'd say he got a deal at only 2 hours. My Indy charges me 4!Dr_Strangelove (whew!) wrote: ↑Wed Jan 02, 2019 12:50 pm
My favorite part is it took them 2 hours to fill the fluid.

I see the viscosity numbers, but I wonder what the consistency looks like. And, does it hold up well under stress in a track situation. Will it cause smoke or fluid out the tailpipe? Backfire?32wildbilly wrote: ↑Wed Jan 02, 2019 4:52 pmHey if you don't pay at least $146+ per 12 quarts it's got to be shitbox oil...Am I right?

I ran oil like that in my 1954 Chevy because it was thick enough to not be able to sneak by the rings!b3freak wrote: ↑Wed Jan 02, 2019 5:28 pmI see the viscosity numbers, but I wonder what the consistency looks like. That's a really good point that I don't often see in Oil Threads, Old Geezer. I personally don't like sneaky oil. Nothing sneaky can be trustworthy.
