It's a first-gen Prius and it was the beginning of the end for mankind?

Given that it's de-badged I'd say the previous owner understood that wellDr_Strangelove (whew!) wrote: ↑Fri May 17, 2019 1:11 pm It's a first-gen Prius and it was the beginning of the end for mankind?
I am actually sad that I recognized it as a Prius prior to reading your post. There are something Man should just not know!

If THAT doesn't sell a buttload of tickets, nothing will.
No clue on the car or the significance.

At least if you put it in the museum the damn thing won’t be holding up traffic in the left lane somewhere...

Another possible use for it would be an old fashioned, college-style fundraiser: a car smash! A $10 donation & you get five good swings with a sledge hammer!

I dunno ... I’d be surprised if you could raise more than 30 bucks before that thing is toast.Einsteiger wrote: ↑Fri May 17, 2019 7:16 pm Another possible use for it would be an old fashioned, college-style fundraiser: a car smash! A $10 donation & you get five good swings with a sledge hammer!

THE EAGLE HAS LANDED!!!
How does it drive? Well, I don't know.
Because I don't fit in it. That's my son driving it home from the auto museum, where it was delivered. He said it drove pretty well - underpowered, but fun around the corners. Overall, I'd say it is in decent condition. There are a few little things that I will do to it, but then it will go up on Bring A Trailer in a couple of months. It should be a fun little car to play with.
