One has a new replacement motor and has been Porsche serviced for it's entire life. I'd buy it if I had the "spare" cash.32wildbilly wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2019 7:21 am
Is it safe to assume that the quantity of 996's are small in the islands much less 996 rollers?
Clean Up on Isle 996!

I haven't logged on in months, and come back to find this gem.
Ahh, thing of beauty right there. Not the engine grenading, but the hilarity that ensued.!!!!

The guy is looking for rollers. I would expect a tranny swap (Slakker jokes aside) would be in the realm of his abilities...32wildbilly wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2019 10:07 amYuck! It's an automatic!!808Bill wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2019 9:10 am

Big job that would be! Meaning the actual work done to a car only. I wonder how old Slak dude is doing? Last I heard was he had a turbo track weapon that broke a front end piece and jumped a tire wall! I might pm him.

Is it? I thought it was just replacing the transmission, ECU, and some interior bits.
Re: Clean Up on Isle 996!
Last I talked to Slak, he was going through a "life change" and was selling everything to get out of debt...Dave Ramsey is guiding him through a new course.32wildbilly wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2019 12:53 pmBig job that would be!
