"Millenial"...+40+ years!...but I'll see if my imagination still works and if I still know how to use it...The snow was deep back then...I think...

Yeah I have no problem with replicas when they're owned by respectful people who have the decency to say their car is a tribute. The funny thing is I was fully prepared for the guy to tell me it was a replica and I had my compliment ready because it really was well done, but he killed it with the "They only built 2,000 of these..." routine which seemed very rehearsed. I would have loved to say something but I didn't want to ruin my Saturday.

There is only one kind of replica that I have absolutely 0 tolerance for, and that is this:

In a non-twisted-perverted way, that's one beautiful lady you have as an executive director!

She's very much like a daughter to me - she started with us as a volunteer intern as a college student. She stuck with us after the original executive director and curator both flaked out. Amazing young lady & I'm very proud of her.

That’s totally legit dude! C’mon! The M5 didn’t need that goofy twin exhaust nonsense...

Can't tell you how many times I've seen the "M3" logo on base 3 series. What is with those guys? :?

Ha, that's so true. When I bought my E30 convertible back in 1999, the seller had an M3 badge on the trunk (and he left the 325i badge on there too!). Needless to say, it got ripped off there first thing.

My car is, sadly, a bit of a poser as well. My tach says GT3. A previous owner had it done, not me. It doesn’t bug me too much though. One time a hillbilly was looking inside my car at a gas station and he said “woooweee, it’s a GT3! So that means it got a Hemi right?” :D :D
