I started watching BAT in 2006, when it was truly, bring a trailer. Subscribed to their emails for a long time and the RSS feed. Now it's too big. After getting a low ball reserve on a very nice car which I declined, and then another submission rejected, they pretty much lost me. Not to mention my buddy that has sold 2 on there but the first one the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd highest bidder bailed. BAT didn't do anything really. Had it not been for the 1.5 hour phone call to the 4th highest bidder earlier in the week, it would have been a no sale. BAT got money, they didn't care if the sale went through or not. Weak.

Once every 6 months I may go peruse or if someone sends a link but otherwise they'r'e dead to me. I understand the business side but pissing off your customer base and having stories/threads like this go around is not a way to run a business. Maybe they don't care, another player will be along.
