Saturday Morning Breakfasts

Post by FRUNKenstein » Thu Jun 04, 2020 12:18 pm

The KCRPCA holds a Saturday morning breakfast meeting every week at Pegah's Restaurant, 87th & Quivira, Lenexa, KS. You can show up in the parking lot as early as you'd like, and then at 7:30 am, we head into the restaurant for breakfast.

There is no agenda. Sometimes someone has an announcement to make about a club event or an event that might interest people (like a car show). But, it is very informal. It is a good way to check out the local club to see if you want to join. Guests are welcome - the more the merrier!

This week we are officially back on the normal schedule after having an "official" pause for the Covid-19 crisis. Hope to see you there!

Since we're back on the unofficial schedule, we observe the Fight Club rule: First rule of Saturday breakfast is we don't talk about Saturday breakfast. :)

And we don’t say that we pushed it back to 8:00 am, either. If we were doing it at all. Which we aren’t. Officially, that is.

Jesus, you've been studying Bill Barr's transcripts again. :D He's an artist, IMO...

Understeer: You will hit the wall with the front end.
Oversteer: You will hit the wall with the rear end.
Horsepower: How hard you will hit the wall.
Torque: How far you will move the wall.

Gone hunting with Alec Baldwin and Dick Cheney. Back soon.
