Got my second Moderna booster yesterday because old-ish fart…and goddamn, this thing is kicking my ass. I was a little achy after the initial dose, but this booster is something else entirely. Joint pain, muscle pain, swollen lymph nodes, chills, headache…pretty much the entire list.

I contracted chicken pox when I was 25 - that’s the last time I felt this wrecked.

If there is an up side, side effects are supposed to be indicative of a “robust immune response.” My immune system has apparently been juicing when I wasn’t looking…

Yeah we got our second booster of Pfizer a while back because...well card carrying old farts. I had the biggest reaction so far. It wasn't horrible like yours but I was feverish and lethargic for a couple of days. The wife claims no reaction as all of her previous shots which concerns me.

Oh man that makes me excited for my next booster. Shot one was fine for me. Shot two messed me up real good. Shot three messed me up pretty good..

When I "got" covid the first night I said to my wife "that's weird I kinda feel a bit achey like I have another booster..." but ended up being asymptomatic for a month!

Godspeed Schnelly it should be over in 24 hours.
