I've been looking around (occasionally) for my clamp ammeter - but I'm really glad I turtled and theprf posted first, because he's WAAAAAY more thorough than I woulda been.
Also, I would probably* not have degaussed my $20 garage-sale crapometer, even if I'd found it.
*it is safe to delete "probably" from the preceding sentence.
