They lasted three years, or about 15K before they were slicks. I am not peeling out in this thing either. I think they handled well while they were operational, but the Michelin's warranty is for 20K, I believe.32wildbilly wrote: ↑Mon Mar 20, 2023 2:23 pmOB: How many miles on the Kumho's. I just bought four Pilot Sport 4 S at tirebuyer.com and they are offering 10% off too. I feel like I got a pretty good deal on tires and I never do.
Also, I may have mentioned my Kumho's last time I bought them a couple years ago. Cheap tires are fine, I think, but they definitely do not last as long. Lesson learned.

Remember with Michelin's they cut the warranty in half with staggered setup. It looks like you may have taken that into account

Ecsta. The guy at my local indy said the same, because the rear is so heavy. Let's see how long the Mich's last.JayG wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 2:27 pmWhich Kumho's ?OceanBlue2000 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 6:20 am

If you can call spending over a week road-tripping to Salt Lake City and back to attend my least-favorite niece's wedding a vacation...I was vacationing.
This is the same niece whose first husband committed insurance fraud via arson and got her to take the rap for it. That marriage lasted all of 6 months. Unfortunately, the niece is one of those folks who is both (a) indescribably stupid and (b) convinced of her own brilliance.
I burned a week of time off for this. FML.

Weight?OceanBlue2000 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 22, 2023 8:36 amEcsta. The guy at my local indy said the same, because the rear is so heavy. Let's see how long the Mich's last.

The rear tires of a RWD car wear first because that is where power is transferred to the ground. In an AWD car you will see the wear differential between front and back be close to the normal power split.
In the 22 years we've now had her C4 the wear balance has always been close enough that there was no sense in not replacing all 4 at the same time (potential damage to the xfer case aside). The 328xi and P!g are the same.
While the C4 and BMW are close-ish to 50/50 weight balance, the P!g is decidedly nose heavy (especially with it's oil burner). It's wear bias is still to the rear though as that gets the higher percentage of power under normal driving.

She has (at least thus far) blown off paying her fines and doing the community service she was sentenced to in exchange for testifying against her ex-husband...I think orange is gonna be her new white sometime in the very near future.
