These are two piece rotors with floating disks although the disks are not separately replaceable. They're 380mm diameter by 38mm thick and they weigh about 50 pounds each. And they are only used on the 2006 Cayenne TTS and the 2010 Cayenne TTS, no other application. Which is why the previous owners lived with the worn out rotors and braking shaking.FRUNKenstein wrote: ↑Thu May 18, 2023 9:15 pm Holy shit,$700 each for steel rotors?!?!
When I replaced the rotors on the X1/9 a couple of years ago, the rotors were like $12 each.
I considered fitting the standard Cayenne Turbo brake setup or the brake setup from an Audi Q7, in the end it was easier to just pay the price.
Although now I received an email from eeuroparts that they're on sale for $1000 for the pair.
And, yeah, the price is still excessive. I plan never to replace these again.
