So, Saturday afternoon, the BoF got home from shopping in the XJ. I am working in the garage. She parks and goes inside. Then I notice this:

This is why we can't have nice things.

When I ask her about it, she immediately turns into a 9 year old - "It wasn't me. I don't know anything about that." Grrrr.

Ow.

Understeer: You will hit the wall with the front end.
Oversteer: You will hit the wall with the rear end.
Horsepower: How hard you will hit the wall.
Torque: How far you will move the wall.

Gone hunting with Alec Baldwin and Dick Cheney. Back soon.

Yep, it's never their fault, it's always something else... the curb, the wheel pokes out, turning radius, etc. etc.

Best advice. Get yourself a dremel kit and some paint. And, continue to buy manual cars.

Hell I did that in my Honda. B3's advice works well.

$4.79 at the Chevron down the street (San Francisco Bay Area) yesterday. The 997 fills for $75 but the F250 requires 2 swipes of the credit card. Can't really complain though since at peak prices I needed to swipe the card three times.

Saw 149K miles on the odometer two days ago heading down the coast from Fort Bragg. That was a $100 spirited drive!!! I refuse to do the math to think about the total gas bill since new ...

If the F250 is a diesel, man, that trip to the gas pump has got to hurt (even more)!
