Drove the Turbro to work in the rain yesterday. Came out for lunch and thought the rain patterns looked cool:

After 6 1/2 years of driving on a dealer tag, I finally registered it in my name a couple of weeks ago. Today I got the personalized plate:

Finally got around to installing the clear LED 3rd brake light that’s been sitting on my workbench since 2015. I was told by one of the other Turbros that it is a PITA. I watched a video on YouTube and it took me all of 3 minutes to swap out.

Headed to Willow Springs in the morning.

Looking forward to it! New wheel and tire setup I will be trying for the first time.

An insanely fast track! Gotta admit, turn 8/9 still scares the crap out of me.

Best part... my oldest daughter is coming out to the track. Her first time ever at a track event! Not driving, but I will give her a track tour in my car.

Try to keep those off track excursions to a minimum. Last time the dust made it all the way to Nebraska!

Seriously have fun and update us when you have time.

I like the plates!

I've seen those "it's nearly impossible to swap out the third tail light" posts, and always WTF'd at them.

Understeer: You will hit the wall with the front end.
Oversteer: You will hit the wall with the rear end.
Horsepower: How hard you will hit the wall.
Torque: How far you will move the wall.

Gone hunting with Alec Baldwin and Dick Cheney. Back soon.

Probably no one but 996 guys will understand the plate, but maybe everybody else will think I'm a secret agent or something.

The dust clogged the Honda's aftermarket cold-air intake and cost him 3 of the 5 horsepower the K&N sticker would have normally yielded...
