But, honestly, some of them are why this place exists, and I have to say a couple of the comments made me throw up in my mouth a little. I want new people in here, but I like the people here now and the friendly tone. I don’t want to see that change.
Agree on all points. We have a good group that respects each other even when we disagree. I don't want that to change.

Actually, I have been thinking about making a thread over there to call out gretch,Bob, etc. for that whole fiasco about tanking our thread. Almost zero chance I will get banned for it, but no guarantees. Should I do it? All the mods quit RL and are now over there, but as regular members, not Mods. They are all pissed at RL too.

DAMN UPRR!

More notable in the piece is the temperature in the lower right corner. 113f!!! Holy Crap that is HOT! You guys are tough out there. Either that or you stay in the air conditioning 6+ months out of the year.

Meh. What's the point? Based on what he has been posting there, Gretch will still be Gretch and fail to see the irony of the situation. He also has his clique that will blindly support him. So I doubt any good can actually come of it.

I won't encourage you to do something like that, but you're a big boy and can make your own decisions;)

Here's the other thing: how many of them own 996s? Granted, we discuss other models here but both the URL and name of the site might discourage people who don't own one. Gretch is a big 928 guy if I remember from my early days over there. Up to the owners of this little hoosegow whether that indicates a rebrand as a broader Porsche site is in order.

Actually (at least as of 2 years ago when I stopped hanging out on RL) Gretch is an original owner of a 996.

You know I'm from TX and have heard people actually talk like that and I still struggle to understand him, but the character is funnier than shit.
