There appears to have been a database corruption issue; a single instance of the word "car" was mysteriously replaced with the word "thong."
Engineers are looking into the issue.

I spend a lot of time in Otay Mesa for work. Mostly fairly new warehouses for Mexico/US businesses. Used to be agricultural land. Alfalfa and such. We might have a new local track. This is under construction in Otay Mesa. A police training facility.
It's right on the border. Here's a pic I took a few weeks ago. Note wall in background. A few hundred yards away is currently designated as the most dangerous city in the world. Hope the wall holds.
