Been working on improving general fitness level in anticipation of a pretty busy driving season. Did a Barre3 class yesterday. How the heck does standing in weird positions hurt so much the next day?

I was exhausted just reading about it! Isometrics(only one part of B3) greatly under-estimated.

Well, it's 12 degrees here in KC this afternoon. Since that's apparently not cold enough, I'm driving to northern Iowa tomorrow for the weekend.
