What caused the rejection?

Electrical issues... lots of them.
PSA, never under any circumstances leave a Porsche 996 or any Porsche outside in the weather for 2 years. The rodents will love it and moisture and micro organisms, but not the next owner.

That is too bad. I know you were excited about another 996. Keep looking.

Drove this yesterday. If you've never driven a Model T, quite the steep learning curve required.

Crazy design. Right pedal is brake, middle pedal is reverse, left pedal is low, neutral, high. Throw out EVERYTHING you know about driving.

Sorry to hear that. Electrical problems suck, so no matter how tempting, just say no. Keep looking, though. The search is half the fun.

Cool! We have an annual Model T Meet & Greet here at the museum. I have yet to try to drive one, but yeah, it seems like it is more akin to driving a farm tractor than driving a normal car. What a great way to spend a Sunday, though!
I'm in San Diego on Friday & Saturday. Looks like you guys are having a concours at Spanish Landing. Any chance that you or Schnelly are going to attend that concours?

I participated in the concourse many times, but have to pass on it this year.
