Also that Healy Sprite is cute as heck. Bless its mechanic.

I'm banned - I'm not even supposed to be here! I just won't leave so the "locking the door" thing hasn't worked yet. (Also Frunk leaves the basement window open shhhhhhh.)

DAMN! You are correct. I was so smitten by GT3 RS I overlooked the Turbo. I saw it from the back, but since both drove over together from Omaha I just assumed it was at least a 997.
The Healy was for sale $4,750. The guy was the second owner. I think it was a 1959. That thing is about the size of a shoebox.

Oil change (9 quarts of DT-40 and a NAPA 1042 filter) and a bath. Doing these necessitates driving the car a couple of times, a burden I dealt with.
First day in a while that temps were closer to 90 F than 100 F, so took full advantage of it today -- both by doing the work, and by making the drives with the top down.

Best deal I found for DT-40 was from Behrents (www.behrents.com). About $11/qt (before shipping) when ordered in case quantities. After shipping and tax they were still least expensive by a considerable margin, and their service was fast and top-notch.

I use Motul. Ordered four 5-liter jugs for about $183 with tax from Amazon today.02TX996Cab wrote: ↑Tue Aug 17, 2021 4:18 pmBest deal I found for DT-40 was from Behrents (www.behrents.com).
