All,
Finally was able to buy the 2007 997C4S I wanted.
Flew down to SF and drove it home with my wife. Had a great time wine tasting/relaxing in Calistoga. Got home to Seattle Friday night.
The car performed great and has some nice driver-friendly options:
-Meteor grey/black leather - 76K miles - 6 speed manual
-Adaptive power Sport Seats
-PSE(Porsche Sound Exhaust)
-H&R springs - 1" drop
-Function First Retro short shift kit
I never had sport seats in any of my water cooled cars - They are great and keep you centered in the turns. The throaty Porsche Sound Exhaust is a great option and I had this in one of my 996C4S's.
Combo of wide body and H&R springs really make a difference in the turns and I was impressed how nice the shorter throw is when shifting.
The car has had regular servicing via carfax and records that came with. PPI showed RMS seepage and needs brakes soon - I'll do the clutch and RMS this winter after I drive the crap out of it
Best to everyone!
