Meh. A real redneck would have used a power tool to bisect the terminal (because what can possibly go wrong using power cutting tools on a car battery), reinstalled the clamp, then driven a wedge into the terminal to fix it in place (because if the power tools didn't do it, hammering on the battery certainly is a good idea), and finally wrap the whole thing in at least 2 rolls of duct tape.

Don't let anyone give you a hard time over this. You can't fuck what's already fucked.

Regrettably, the erroneous placement of "rednecks" and "f-tards" in the same category seems to be increasing in frequency. An ACTUAL redneck (check for denim overalls with no undershirt and one or two stumpy fingers*) can fix anything with a spool of baling wire, some water-pump pliers, and an old Yuban can, whereas a douchenozzle wanna-be redneck can only accomplish the same net result using zero-interest credit card balance transfers. The underlying methodology is vastly important for proper classification.

*If more than 2 stumpy fingers, run a test for inbreeding - this is an often overlooked but potentially dangerous side-effect of rednecking...
