Slakker, man I thought you were liquidated all of your Porsches because your business was going through a tough time? Now I see you're buying up every deal that hits internet. Did you just buy a couple here in GA recently? What are your plans? Did you sell the white one?
Re: 987S Rebuild Thread
Porsche’s are my tinker toys. I just really like doing builds with them. Whether it’s taking a stock car to a racer or a track car back to stock. I pull it all apart and when I put it back together it, hopefully it’s better for it’s intended purpose than when I started. Car/race fund is now a totally separate account so if I make a little off it I get to go racing this year. If not, I still enjoy the heck out of doing it.
White car sold this summer. The 996TT is it’s replacement. I took a hit on my car but I got a deal on someone else’s build. So it all worked out and I learned a lot in the process.
2017 was tough on business. 2018 looks like it could be our best year yet.

Is the "hit" because you spent a lot of money having FSI put in a proven track engine? Love to see some pictures and details of the 996TT. I think I saw the Cayman - silver? and the 996 with roll bar? Nice! Glad to hear you're business is doing well. I'm also happy to be back in a 996. 2018 has started off as a great NEW year for a lot of folks.
