More like he will be a bug living in a dirty corner of the new digs.
I'm building something else and it should have enough spare cycles to take gnat-bot on in it's free time.
I have no idea what you are saying...computer illiterate here...remember?
So it would be helpful to you if I explained that I am going to attach 4 2.5" 2TB HHDs to a Raspberry Pi 4 with 4 USB->SATA cables and then cram it all into a 3D printed case that I'm designing so I can build a $400 NAS?

To continue technical information that has absolutely nothing to do with the thread at hand...
gnat-bot's new digs are taking shape:
And his room mates:

All the trays are finished. Now I need to finish designing the case and wire everything up.
His current digs (yeah I'm an e-Slumlord, what's your point?):

Lego server case?
Network "rack" and "snap together building system", but yeah.
It's been on my list to print a new case for that gear but one of the things I want to do is use a single power supply, but the router and switches have different voltage and amp requirements and I barely know how to build a simple 5v->3v step down.

Battery replacement can be quite frustrating especially you don't have a trusted and knowledgeable '' dealer''.
