Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com
Last number I found only went through 2017, but the number of US military deaths in all conflicts is 1,354,664+.
That doesn’t count MIA of 40,031+.
Sobering numbers. Take a moment to say a prayer for them.

Whenever I come across an estate sale with a pre-owned American flag, I make a point of going home with it. There's something about knowing I'm flying the flag of someone else who isn't around to do it any longer that makes me feel incrementally less like a morally bankrupt asshole.
Understeer: You will hit the wall with the front end.
Oversteer: You will hit the wall with the rear end.
Horsepower: How hard you will hit the wall.
Torque: How far you will move the wall.
Gone hunting with Alec Baldwin and Dick Cheney. Back soon.

Going through 996 withdrawal. Day 7.
In other news, I have a date with Black Forest on Tuesday for them to check out the yuge camshaft position deviation reading and a couple of other odds and ends...

More than likely the wear pads are done. Could also be a faulty chain adjuster/solenoid.

That is one deviating cam alright. Can’t wait to get my ODB2 reader for Father’s Day and find out all the expensive stuff the engine needs. For cam pads, what’s the ballpark, does anyone know? Next year my LN bearing expires and I am most likely going with THE SOLUTION, but I also want to budget for whatever else I’m in for.
