To bribe me, it would require enough untraceable funds for me to comfortably retire in a foreign country. Sorta like DT's situation.Kalashnikov wrote: ↑Mon May 14, 2018 10:45 pm That gives the new meaning to Phase I and environmental screen. I take it if you have an open LUST site on the property and you mysteriously find the Benjamin there.... You still include it in your report.
Tomorrow I have to inspect 1,200 acres out in Calipatria. Hell-hole of an area. Gonna be a long day.

Looks like a lot of people in CA are too lazy to pick up things they drop or perhaps in a permanent 420 haze and don't notice the loss. Please tell me that collection is over a significant amount of time and not "just recently".Cuda911 wrote: ↑Mon May 14, 2018 9:15 pmMy property inspections are pretty thorough, and do involve a lot of staring at the ground. I put any money I find into a box and periodically donate it to a charity. Have donated well over $1,000. Here's the current box contents:32wildbilly wrote: ↑Mon May 14, 2018 5:15 am You must spend significant amount of time staring at the ground!? I did that as a kid and walked into many hard stationary objects. Perhaps that explains a lot...be careful and don't spend it all in one place.
Never gonna make you cry...

Mike only thinks you're rich enough to live in PA. I, on the other hand, think you are rich enough that you are the secret Shadow Government and actually own PA.

As far as I know, Cuda has not been searching for blankets and loose change in my shrubs. "My shrubs" is not a euphemism, B3.

All BS aside, I am really proud of the bridge being completed. I spent almost all of my youth's summers in Crimea and absolutely love the place. I will fly back for a vacation and to drive on the bridge in the next 5 years for sure.
